Implemented PeopleSoft ERP Software for 38 hospitals in 9 states. Implementation involved cross walking legacy cost centers to a standardized chart of accounts, building the full financial reporting package (more than 200 reports) for all levels of management, from department managers to the senior executives and the Board of Directors, using PS nVision, BI Publisher, Qlik, OBIEE, and PS Query. Finance lead on requirements gathering, functional spec creation, technical spec creation, training materials creation and facilitation, chartfield trees, effective dating, combination editing, and nVision report creation.Also provide production support around any reporting issues that may arise after go-live.

• Lead Kaizen events with Accounting around budgeting accuracy and the creation of forecasting tools and templates.• Led project to release inventory for sales that resulted in 22MM worth of unsalable inventory being released back to the corporation.• Development of an enterprise level value steam map for macro-analysis. Identified all critical inputs and outputs to the business, eliminated non-value-added activities, and designed the KPIs around mortgage notes and securitizations to support the primary source of business funding.• Continuous improvement of internal financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes by establishing and maintaining high accuracy standards, developing and modifying company-wide budgeting and forecasting templates and tools, automating processes, enhancing reporting system capabilities, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures and controls• Quarterly report outs at town hall meetings to staff and executives on the progress of lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
