It administers the Employment Assistance Fund which supports employers of people with disability and mental health conditions by providing financial assistance to purchase a range of work-related modifications and services. As part of JobAccess, the contact centre also delivers the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline (the Hotline), enabling people to report allegations of abuse and neglect of people with disability, and the Complaints Resolution and Referral Service (CRRS) which enables people to report and resolve concerns relating services that are funded by the Australian Government.
