Time management: Three-Point Estimating Technique (PERT) and Story Points in Agile Scrum. 2. Best practices for teamwork: Breaking code into smaller chunks for more straightforward code reviews, asking your manager time logs to study and learn if you get stuck, using the rubber duck programming, and making screen recordings to explain problems help verbalise your thinking. 3. Predictability and forecasting: We discussed ways to estimate new activities based on data from similar past activities. 4. Cloud Computing: We dived into the serverless framework and discussed the Lambda function (microservices more than DevOps). 5. Environment: stay with people who care about your work. Creating an environment where questions are allowed is vital for producing the correct output. To measure the success of this mentorship, we set a final goal: passing the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner CLF-C02 exam, which marked my first technical certification achievement.
