As a cross-functional business analyst on the International Claims Steering Committee, I helped the board streamlining their operations by implementing a CRM, performing market analysis, and delivering data insights. My work included overseeing tender management, refining internal/RFP procedures, and upholding DEKRA Claims' data protection regulations.
