In my most recent role at Mazda Toyota Manufacturing, I oversee end-to-end aspects of QC area in plant (CF, Warranty Cage, DOJO). I verify and approve documents related to part approval for suppliers. I complete non-conformance documentation to ensure smooth flow out for suppliers. Also, I conduct Mazda drivetrain evaluations as well as review specs for equipment, buy-off at vendor, and buy-off in plant. I negotiate changing operating system from Toyopuc to Omron for equipment maintenance on plant. I refurbish UIN tester purchased from TMMK in collaboration with outside vendors. Troubleshoot VP equipment issues in coordination with maintenance team members.In addition to this, I develop pre-production vehicles evaluation plans and worksheets and coordinate with vehicle audit pilot members. Utilizing my leadership skills, I mentor Toyota QE processes throughout launch of plant and vehicles and train 15 Quality Specialists by designing 53 training modules with a focus on maximizing productivity and operational efficiency.Selected Contributions: • Created mass sampling plan for vehicle audit and ensured the robust shipping of vehicles for evaluation tests.• Acted as specialist to carry full line of drivetrain parts and suppliers for Toyota vehicle.• Functioned as equipment Lead for all equipment in QC building and audit lab.• Partnered with TMNA FAE in launch project to ensure on-time project delivery.

In my previous role as Sr Quality Engineer, I have delivered QPRs to suppliers for part issues and followed through to closure. I collaborated with Assembly, PE, PC, and QCI and mitigated complex issues. Moreover, I reviewed processes and facilitated suppliers with the completion of SQAM documentation to gain on-time Part Approval.
