When Diodes Inc. was started 21 plus years ago, I was given the opportunity to start our calibration lab. I manage and personally perform all the calibrations and repair of all our metrology equipment including all physical dimensional, process, and electrical equipment and the meters and standards. II created and wrote the calibration lab procedures and related documents per ISO and QS standards. I also served on a team helping our company pass these audits 100% of the time in my 20+ years.One of my strengths would be my people-oriented skills in working with and training of employees. Because of these skills, I'm used in many jobs outside of my calibration role. I help with the orientation of new employees, represent the company at job fairs and give tours of our facilities to a variety of interested people.Specialties: I have been appointed by our CEO to be on a' Tiger Team".
