The EUR 80 million yearly turnover group is actice in different fields- HORECA- Flight catering- Hospitality/Hotel management- Ice cream factory- Real estate development/management- Stone miningBeeing the group's CFO my role was among others:- Securing bank finace- Manage daily relationship with financial institutions- Preparing reports to the owner and to the financing banks- Preparing and holding presentation to main partners (MOL, OTP, International flight companies, etc.)- Manage the books of the group- Securing and manage new acqusitions- Representing the owner on different conferencies

Reporting directly to the Deputy CEOMy role was to set up and develop the Project finance within the Bank.- Within the 2 years, the number of managers reporting to me was increased from 2 to 15- The project pipeline was increased significantly- The secured finances and contracted deals were increased significantly- The department became a determinate and successful unit within the Bank- New rules and workflows were implemented

- Structuring and restructuring real estate, recycling and renewable energy projects in Hungary and in the region. - Elaborate restructuring mechanism, providing forecasts, cash flow models and advising on daily basis on strategic decision makings to SMEs and other production companies- Setting up new sale strategies, pricing models, providing market research and organizing B2B sale transactions, - Organizing, structuring fundraising transaction (Venture capitals, Bank loans) for existing clients, projects, preparing company valuation and advising on M&A transaction.

- Responsible for managing the financial risks of the 6 shopping mall portfolio and the management company- planning and monitoring the budget of the company, preparing cash-flows, reports to the Owners- controlling the corporate structure - responsible for the asset management- instructing and keeping contact with service providers (facility management, security, leasing and book keeping companies, etc). - Closely working together with the shopping centre managers to achieve the best results- Negotiating with banks on financial offers to finance new developments - coordinating the ongoing development’s financial progress, preparing drawdowns and negotiating long term investment loans. - Coordinating the financial staff within the company, participating in investment decisions, structuring transactions.

- Financing structured real estate sale and purchase transactions, developments and providing long term investment loan facilities in the CEE region in a volume of 10-400 million EUR- Participating and organizing syndicated deals, in most cases acting as Agent, instructing and coordinating other Lenders’ participation. - Clients included the leading local and international real estate investors active in Hungary and in the region.- Coordinating and supporting the professional work of the project managers, making preliminary decisions based on cash-flows, and sensitivity analysis, - deeply involved in closings of transactions, holding presentation on Credit Committees of the Bank, - involved in decision making processes- Continuous monitoring on the strategic CEE market.
