- Owner of the monthly Demand Review Process which is an important part of the Supply Chain: Sales, Inventory and Operational Process.- Implementation of the Risk and Opportunities into the demand review process in order to monitor all the expected actions that should be taken into account on top of the statistical model.- Build order-book fill-rate reports in order to understand if the orders fill-rate of the current month or the next 2 months are at high difference vs. the past and the forecast should be revised- Achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales and marketing- Monthly review with sales of NPI and portfolio management- Weekly demand meeting to align with all departments (GM, Sales, Finance, Marketing, SCM & operations) on the demand plan- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results.- Use, maintain and enhance the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.- Responsible of quick kaizen, Kaizen events & knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process.- Monitor distributor stock and estimate the impact it has into the sales plan.- Identify relevant market-related data and competitive intelligence.- Right and Fast approach on SAP system developments and fixing any issues that can appear together with IT team
