I hold a master’s degree in Applied Geological Engineering from Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, where my research focused on ore-forming processes and mineralogy, particularly Au-Ag epithermal deposits. With a solid technical foundation and diverse work experiences ranging from geotechnical survey engineering to roles in sales, event support, and design, I have developed a broad skill set. Currently, I am part of the Young Professional Programme at the European Patent Office (EPO), working in Key Account Management and Customer Services. With over two years of experience, I specialize in stakeholder communication, data analysis, and process optimization. I am adept at analysing patent filing trends, facilitating cross-department collaboration, and enhancing service delivery. My role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with top patent filers, as well as fostering connections with SMEs and smaller applicants. Quality is at the heart of my work, and I am committed to upholding the EPO’s high standards by continuously listening to user feedback and driving improvements in the patent granting process (PGP).
