This diverse role involves the following:-Carry out pre start checks and operate vacuum loading equipment, high pressure water blasting pumps, and other ancillary equipment, and undertake preventative maintenance and repairs.-Operate heavy Rigid vehicle to transport equipment to site.-Operate Vacuum Truck.-Set up and operate fuel and hydrocarbon transfer pumps between bulk storage tanks and monitor levels and transfer rates and document.-Perform mechanical isolations to process plant and equipment prior to maintenance, chemical cleaning or confined space entry.-Confined space entry sentry.-Confined space entry.-High Pressure Water Blasting up to 30,000psi-Prepared and submitted JSEA and PTW documentation.-Bulk crude oil tank, mud and ballast tank internal cleaning and remedial works.

•Supervising the maintenance and rebuilding of equipment sent to the workshop•Coordinate and register the preventative maintenance of all equipment on Client and Project sites•Assist with maintaining equipment numbering and the tracking database•Approve and implement quality and safety work instructions for the operation of equipment and workshop activities, working closely with the Safety and Quality Manager•Responsible for the quality of all work over that i have direct control or input, ensuring that best efficiencies of resources in the workshop take place, managing resource levels so as to keep individuals productive whilst also providing technical expertise•Manage relationships with contractors and service providers and coordinate work performed by outside vendors•Provide feedback to the Regional / Area and Asset Manager on a regular basis with regards to equipment and personnel being utilised•Ensure that corrective action(s) for any non-conformances identified during designated work activities are acted on•Ensure that changes that could reduce cost, increase productivity and improve quality are actively encouraged•Accountable for the overall safety performance of the operations under my control, ensuring the responsibility for incident prevention in workplaces and projects under my control•Comply with all company health and safety requirements and be responsible for maintaining a proactive approach towards Health and Safety.•Stock take duties, Ordering, receiving and dispatching of parts and equipment•Packing of equipment and parts, Loading and unloading of deliveries •Administrative duties including the inputting of delivery notes, purchase orders, timesheets etc.•Booking of parts and equipment into and out of stock management.•Organising of freight for parts and equipment
