I started my career In Telecommunications in 2008 as a T1 climbing towers, and over the years held several roles from T2, T3, Foreman, Field Supervisor, Construction Manager.After learning the tower top and spending my first couple years in a mix of AT&T maintenance and CX build outs, including but not limited to, collocation, monopole stacks, guyed tower and cow stacks. I took great interest in learning the ground components and troubleshooting RF. I became intrigued at the problem solving and customer service aspect of the industry. I spent the next several years learning as many aspects of maintenance and troubleshooting and can confidently complete or oversee any project, start to finish field and Management duties.Strong experience in leading safety meetings, scheduling vendors, forecasting updates to project controls, scoping, risk analysis, reading and understanding construction drawings and design.Several years working and managing hurricane recovery efforts and structural repairs.In my current role I manage over 20 employees providing services to many carriers.Proudly serving the industry for 16 years!Send me a message and let’s connect!
