I was in charge of the transfer of the operation in the matter of Human Resources in our productive plant in Vallejo from Ecatepec, established organizational structure to drive superior Performance and maintaining our Talent as well as the flow in operation without labor conflicts.I was responsible to facilitate Talent Review process, under the 10 box chart, according the career stage, providing support in the 70-20-10 rule in order to put in place the improvement plan.I developed and I implemented the strategies to create a successful work environment. Using the existing experience process and values of the company (to act simple and fast, with quality, accomplish with excellence execution, team work, and integrity among employees and workers).I implemented initiatives to recognize key positions and be able to maintain the talent of the workers adding specific training. Controlled, administrated and negotiated the collective work contract, I created an environment full of confidence and trust open to negotiations with the Union (CTM), I implemented an updated job description, which allowed a better understanding among personnel and administration, better productivity programs that brought a better control of the budget, and facilitate the flexibility in the operation of systems and most important avoided strikes among the work force.
