I have been in this role for four months, and I enjoy the challenge and variety of tasks that I handle, from managing invoices and orders, to scheduling appointments and meetings, to resolving issues and queries.I have a strong background in the hair industry, where I ran my own barber shop for over four years. I developed and applied skills in question-based selling, relationship building, and customer retention, as well as managing the financial and administrative aspects of the business. I am now pursuing my passion for technology, and I am working towards CompTIA certifications in IT fundamentals, network, security, and cloud computing. My goal is to transition into a cyber security sales role, where I can leverage my sales and IT skills to help clients protect their data and systems. I am eager to learn, grow, and connect with others who share my interest in technology and sales.
