Chief Clinical Officer
Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Medical Officer, providing leadership and oversighting of all clinical/surgical programs and providing clinical supervision to core medical and nursing staff. Developing and implementing goals and objectives of the surgical department, the nursing staff, surgical practioners, pharmacy department and the whole incoming patient processes. Supporting the development and implementation of tools, implements policies and procedures to drive forward a culture of quality care for all individuals working for and/or associated with the clinic to ensure that quality and comprehensive service is being delivered on all levels. Promoting and developing the use of soft skills in all activities with the goal of promoting a safe and comfortable environment for all individuals within the clinic community.
