Complete and distribute monthly and ad-hoc MI for servicing, operation and implementation functions.• Manage and implement the UK charge cards, credit cards, debit cards & BACS products. • Provide subject matter expert (SME) support for both internal and external stakeholders for all UK card questions and queries. • Provide sales support for potential new business opportunities for global clients including system and product demonstrations including MasterCard’s SmartData and Business Controller (now InControl).• Provide training to both internal and external stakeholders on process, product and system usability. • Provide business support for project and change management. • Manage parameter changes and change requests with third party vendors to implement system and product enhancements and defect resolution.• Assist in the design, implementation and development of new bespoke client requests and product enhancements to improve experience.• Provide support and business sign-off for user acceptance testing of product enhancements and defect resolution.
