Managed up to six CAD drafters workload as well as develop yearly goals and performance evaluations. Was responsible for three temporary CAD drafters work schedule and on time performance goals. Held monthly meetings with CAD team to ensure WattStopper standards were adhered too as well as reviewing new product details for submittal drawings.
