In my current role as Senior Product Owner and Requirements Engineer for one of KLA’s MACH One Teams, I lead a team of motivated engineers to deliver enhancements to the OVALiS application; an integrated system helping the worlds largest semiconductor manufacturers optimize their yield in high volume manufacturing plants. I previously held the roles of Senior Product Owner and Scrum Lead for GM's North America Sales Objectives software systems. Prior to that, I held the role of Senior Automation Engineer Lead in an Org of nearly 500 people at General Motors, where I was responsible for building automation frameworks, leading test teams, and developing an organizational-wide strategy for test automation. In this role, I created and delivered over a thousand hours of live and recorded training. Additionally, throughout my time at General Motors I've spent three years leading Career Development initiatives across the entire IT organization. In this role, I've led teams to stand-up initiatives from ideation to launch while ensuring they meet high standards for quality and alignment with brand values and customer needs.My fortes include systematic approach, optimization and analytics, teamwork, and a passion for improving and innovating the way things are done within a project or organization. In 2017 I graduated from the University of Arizona’s System and Industrial Engineering Program and, previously, I worked as a Traffic Engineer Intern for the City of Scottsdale. Other roles I’ve held include Team Lead on Hydronalix’s Autonomous Rescue System project: a boat that detects, navigates to, and retrieves drowning swimmers to safety. I also maintained a variety of leadership positions in a 200+ member fraternity where I gained valuable communication skills, management skills, and an understanding of team unity to the greatest extent.
