- Lead a staff of personal/group trainers responsible for: hiring, training, scheduling, program audits, goal development, education, and both internal and external program sales-Develop creative clinics and programs to bring in new organizations as well as 1-on-1 clients resulting in a 20% increase in average monthly revenue-Write articles weekly on topics spanning across field subjects-Enhanced client experience in personal training service through new protocol -Communication with members regarding sales and conflict resolution-Public speaking in various settings to fitness professionals, coaches and college students-Maintain 15-20 training hours weekly

-Developing periodized programs as well as implementation in the areas of strength/speed/power for athletes ranging from 8-24 years old (little league through professional)-Provide an enjoyable and motivating experience to clients resulting in 95% repeat business

-Assess clients through needs analysis, biometrics, and movement screening to develop programs based on their desires and needs-Participate in continued education strengthening knowledge in: exercise physiology, leadership and sales-Consult with industry leaders on the cutting edge of program methodology and field technology
