As Payroll Manager, I am responsible for the supervision of the Payroll area for American Family Insurance and its subsidiaries. I currently supervise four full-time payroll staff responsible for processing, validating, reporting and delivery of pay utilizing the WorkDay HRM and Payroll system. In addition to these supervisory duties, I am also responsible.

As part of these responsibilities, I am involved in key management's decision making processes, relating to planning and development for all Dean Health Systems, Inc. subsidiaries and holdings.
As Payroll Manager, I was responsible for the supervision of the Payroll area for the Physician Practice Association and Retail Services. I oversaw four full-time payroll clerks. In addition to these supervisory duties I was also responsible for the production and verification of all payroll analysis and reports.
As Accounting Supervisor it was my responsibility to oversee the daily accounting operations of the corporation. I supervised a staff of three people performing a variety of accounting functions which included accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, financial statement preparation, billing, administrative budgeting and G/L system management.
