At Quube, I was responsible for product development, including developing, manufacturing, and launching new products that include: TV and Mobile Gaming E-Sports Application, Smart Speaker, Gaming Soundbar, and Streaming set-top boxes powered by Android TV and Linux platform. I am responsible for drafting competitive market analysis and product positioning. Highlight the qualities and benefits to consumer and what sets products apart from competitors. As part of the MRD, I prepare the business case in order to demonstrate the product's ROI, go to market strategy and potential volume. I am responsible for managing and overseeing the working relationship between our business partners during the product development stage to ensure we meet all technical, marketing and business requirements. Other duties include product testing and evaluation to prepare for mass production. Also, I support cross-function teams including sales, marketing, and executive leadership as we prepare for trade shows and product sales demo for major channels such as Costco, Best Buy, Target and Walmart. I oversee the development of all product collateral material. I also help train technical support teams regarding all new product.

Worked with Sharp’s sales and marketing team to aid Sharp’s 8K North America CEDIA and mass market business plan. Identified competitive bench marks and key technologies to help align Sharp’s 8K TV development plan. Worked with Sharp Japan sales and technology group to draft Sharp’s North America 8K product line.
