Led a team of vendor focused relationship managers with approximately 10 staff. Led a team of supervisors and agents with approximately 60+/- staff. Managed SPOC Call Monitoring, SPOC Relationship Manager Case and early Loss Mitigation Quality Management teams. These teams were responsible for reviewing calls/loans handled by the business line to ensure proper adherence to overall default/loss mitigation procedure compliance.

Managed HAMP teams responsible for receiving customer calls regarding HAMP options in addition to processing HAMP applications to ensure proper file eligibility and completion. I also aided in the training of new line level agents and team leads, created Microsoft office tools to increase accuracy and efficiency in the department and was a key person in the development and deployment of the Early Resolution system for US Bank’s SPOC group.

Fielded calls from borrowers to discuss loss mitigation options. Advise them of options available to them, collect necessary information and process them through prequalification. One prequalified, certify qualification, process and communicate information to borrower.
