➢ PC hardware and software support for ongoing operations and projects for a major health care system.➢ Provided Go-Live hardware and Dragon Naturally Speaking assistance for a hospital-affiliated family clinic during a Cerner PowerChart Ambulatory roll-out. Deployed replacement desktops for Cerner Downtime Viewer. ➢ Configured dictation phones in conjunction with a Nuance server upgrade for providers recording postmortem information.➢ Worked after-hours on-call and third-shift hardware support for Asheville hospital campuses.➢ Performed eWaste disposal pickups, scanning of items into a WASP database, packaged items onto pallets, and scheduled pickups for a recycling asset provider. Also generated reports of personal computers disposed during the process for removal from directories and inventory systems.➢ Migrated web content from two sites into a WordPress site, using an import plugin, PHP scripts, and other tools running on an Ubuntu Linux system.➢ Participated in implementing “two-way ticketing” between EasyVista and ConnectWise for flow of IT incidents and requests by aiding in the data-mapping, determination of New/In-Process/Hold logic, and validation in test systems, prior to Go-Live.➢ Created and published “how-to” and work instructions with Atlassian Confluence, primarily for Field Service personnel.➢ Supported Ricoh SecurePrint project team by patching and configuring voice/data ports, generating and releasing print jobs, updating software on PCs, and verifying FAX capabilities, if present. WireShark, InfoBlox, and Cisco switch commands were used for finding and setting configurations.
