I am a fun loving, funky geek that likes to change hair colour rather often. Having spent a lot of time doing customer service/support, I have learned that if you dig deep enough through the systems and/or documentation you can always find an answer and a solution that you need. This made me a go-to person at my current workplace whenever a Customer Escalation/Complaint needs to get sorted. After all - building a close relationships with clients today will get you many benefits down the line, especially on Enterprise levels. I hold great interest in PC/IT technologies, and even have some practical building experience in both. Aside from my native Croatian, I am fluent in English language (business as well as scholar variant), I am decent in Slovenian and Serbian, and have started learning both German and Russian. My focus on a given task is unfaltering, analytical versatility sound, and client relations stellar. If something needs doing properly and wholesomely - it is a task for me.
