I am an experienced Product Manager with over 18 years of hands-on experience working in an international environment for Title Insurance Companies and Robotic Process Automation Consulting.I have worked efficiently documenting business requirements, organizing project needs, conducting feasibility studies and setting/meeting project milestones. I have hands-on experience in a variety of business processes, including creating and managing BPO teams, documenting standard practices/procedure manuals, creating and implementing process improvement plans and creating process design documents for multiple Robotic Process Automation projects. I have overseen the design, development and implementation of multiple RPA projects on the Automation Anywhere and UiPath platforms.During my time at UNICC I was the Senior Business Analyst (Consultant) for the Hyperautomation Division and managed the deployment of 17 automation projects focused on reducing manual labor and increasing efficiency. These projects had large scale impact on global organizations within the United Nations (UN) and the World Health Organization (WHO).In my most recent role I was the Product Manager for all Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects at Doma. I managed a team of RPA developers to identify, analyze and build automations to improve efficiency and decrease costs within the Title Production Operations and at the Local Escrow Branches. Since joining Doma in 2020 I have led the deployment of over 25 RPA processes on multiple Title Production Systems. I am proficient at understanding a client’s needs and translate business requirements into business and functional specifications.
