Mobile application test lead for T-Mobile branded applications. Primary lead on T-Mobile Money account, in charge of creating and executing Android and iOS functional test plan, create requirements for device automation using QA perfecto device farm. General mobile application SME for IoT and other applications -defining and communicating lab entry guidelines, end to end qa process and quality related design feedback. All projects include regular communication with key project stakeholders on status of QA process, test case development starting with end to end design review, and execution of test plan.

Lead implementation of DIGITS client refresh fall of 2017. Responsibilities included leading cross functional design of UI UX [Interdisciplinary teaming], daily design review for client server functional interactions [REST, JSON, XML, Cross functional design, scheduling], daily executive reporting [Communication], and daily issue debug and resolution in Rally and Jira [Troubleshooting prod ops and QA]. Integrated clients with End User Monitoring for purpose of client perspective production monitoring [Telemetry, Production ops]

Lead deployment of MMSC capacity expansion for T-Mobile messaging infrastructure. Created regression test plan of MMSC software with test plan emphasis on system integration aspects since core MMS software was not significantly changing. Designed hardware buildout, wiring layout, network space and messaging platform integration.

Designed, validated, implemented and operationally owned the T-Mobile Mobile Messaging Antispam RESTful platform. Designed the integration of vendor provided black box solution into T-Mobile network, including significant L7 routing on A10 load balancers, network design, and L7 messaging routing between messaging application servers (SMSC, MMSC, RCS) and RESTful antispam service. Project managed end to end hardware and software delivery of the solution. Created test plan and executed test plan of antispam service in T-Mobile lab. Oversaw and participated in the production deployment of solution, all without adversely impacting messaging traffic (~750 million messages per day).

Owned from a design and operational perspective owned T-Mobile's Mobile Messaging Antispam platform and lead significant platform upgrade. Responsibilities included project managing production deployment to platform that filters several hundred million messages per day, without adversely impacting daily operations. Design efforts included the creation of new SS7 links between new hardware and existing infrastructure. QA effort included creation and execution of network oriented test plan taking into consideration end to end use case of antispam system in T-Mobile network across several SMS application interfaces (SS7, SIP, SMPP).
