In this capacity, I am globally overseeing the departments "Strategy", "Digitalization Strategy“, "Sales Excellence", "Investment & Transaction Advisory", "Innovation Hub" (Business Model Innovation & SFS Discovery Lab), "Diversity, Learning & Transformation" and “Sustainability”. In addition, I‘m acting as an interface to Siemens’ Strategy and Investor Relations as well as to the Capital Markets on Financial Services related topics (Rating Agencies, Investment Banks, Strategy Consulting Firms, etc.). Throughout my career, I have been a strong advocate of trust-based leadership, empowering teams and individuals to be successful, to grow and reach their full potential.
