We enable our customers to combine the real and the digital worlds by providing smart financing solutions that help our customers shaping a successful and sustainable future, enabling their investments in technology with purpose.In my roles as SFS Chief of Staff and Global Head of the Strategic Development Function at Siemens Financial Services, I’m driven by the opportunity to shape and develop the strategic agenda of SFS and support our business to execute and implement our Strategy, elevating our organization even further to support our customers. In this capacity, I am globally overseeing the departments "Strategy", "Digitalization Strategy“, "Sales Excellence", "Investment & Transaction Advisory", "Innovation Hub" (Business Model Innovation & SFS Discovery Lab), "Diversity, Learning & Transformation" and “Sustainability”. In addition, I‘m acting as an interface to Siemens’ Strategy and Investor Relations as well as to the Capital Markets on Financial Services related topics (Rating Agencies, Investment Banks, Strategy Consulting Firms, etc.). Throughout my career, I have been a strong advocate of trust-based leadership, empowering teams and individuals to be successful, to grow and reach their full potential.
