Strategic Development Advisors provides developers with a range of consultancy advice for residential and mixed-use developments in both urban and resort locations, including: highest and best use analysis, development consultancy and exit strategy recommendations, hotel operator selection, negotiation of branded residential contracts with operators, marketing, PR & sales strategy advice. The company is currently dormant to avoid conflicts of interest due to my position at Accor.

NRHQ RA is classified as a National Reservist Specialist Unit, whose members are required to be ‘trained’ when recruited. The unit has three main sub-units: a. The All Arms Staff Pool (AASP). The AASP is a cadre of officers supporting formation headquarters. Each formation has a dedicated SO1 coordinating the activities. b. 221 Bty RA. The Battery is the Joint Terminal Attack Control (JTAC) specialist sub-unit, which is an all-ranks Regional unit based in Bath.

- Principal Staff Officer and Senior Captain in Regimental Headquarters of a Reserve Light Cavalry Regiment;- Responsible for liaison between Brigade and the Regiment (over 500 people) to coordinate supply of manpower for British Army exercises (both in UK and overseas), as well as British Army operational deployments abroad; - Responsible for, under Commanding Officer and Second-in-Command, setting the Regimental Training Directive that governs how the c.500 officers and soldiers train, ensuring it complies with the British Army Light Cavalry Battlecraft syllabus and training objectives;

Second-in-Command of a company of 120+ officer cadets, responsible for day-to-day management of the Company, planning and delivering field training exercises, instructing the British Army Combat Estimate and Orders Process, Platoon Battle Drills, Rules of Engagement and getting as many as possible to commission into either the Regular Army or Army Reserve.

The Royal Yeomanry is a Light Cavalry Army Reserve regiment, based in London, Croydon, Windsor, Nottingham, Leicester, Dudley and Telford. Our role is to provide a rapidly-deployable force with fast mobility and substantial firepower. We provide reconnaissance, security and, if the situation demands it, decisive tactical effects by raiding and attacking the enemy.As a Troop Leader, I was responsible for leading and managing a troop of 15 soldiers and 4 RWMIK light armoured vehicles, comprising commanding in the field and career management in barracks.

- Divisional head of Residential for Europe, responsible for growing the hotel branded residential business across Europe; - With 14 brands available for Branded Residential development, Marriott International is the world's largest hotel operator and also boasts over 25% market share of hotel branded residences globally.- Marriott has over 100 open residential projects and over 80 under development, equating to over 15,000 open residences and a further 12,000 under development. My role comprised finding new opportunities for branded residential development across Europe, Russia and CIS, negotiating the agreements, doing internal feasibility analysis, working with the Developer, Marriott’s Global Design team and the Developer’s design team on the proposed product and helping putting in place the platform for successful developments. Increased Marriott’s market share of European branded residences to 36% (largest operator pipeline in Europe). Signed Marriott’s first standalone residential project to open in EMEA, as well as the first Le Meridien Residences globally.
