With the love for IT, mainly in software development I have worked in Pharma for several years on devising or improving marketing and sales plans or strategies by analyzing databases of market data. In this function the interaction with the actual public was limited on and after several years in 2001, I have once more switched gears and pursued consulting and serviced for several years at NYC banks on the network support side mainly for asset management parts of the business.Within short few years and having acquired breadth of appreciation and knowledge of finance combined with my business management experience as well as construction acumen from my earlier days, I have combined my passions for growing or improving business and applied those skills and pursued my entrepreneurial aspirations in real estate development.Since the economic downturn and its adverse effects on the real estate market I have re-focused my operations scope on the energy conservation and management by consulting with specialization in solar PV integration solutions for commercial and residential focused clients that were in need of business plan & marketing as well as sales strategy development.
