Compulsory national service at South African Police Service from 23 Dec 1985 until 23 Dec 1989 at internal stability unit 6 and Alberton, Criminal Investigation Department.Worked as sales representative & project manager at Redruth Thatching from Jan 1990 until Aug 2000. Expert knowledge was gained in roof design, roof building, project management, client relations and team management. Plus, minus 6000 projects were completed during the above time period. Sep 2000 started own business building Thatch roofs trading as Master Thatcher's. October 2003 Joined Fiber Roofing cc as general manager of Synthetic thatch manufacturing and distributing globally. Feb 2011 promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Fiber Roofing cc, until present day.As C.E.O. of Fiber Roofing cc, we have completed various turnkey project internationally and supplied numerous other resort and hotel projects. These projects predominantly involved the converting of natural thatched roofs at resorts to synthetic thatch roofing that simulate the natural thatch roof finish 100%. To date we have successfully converted and newly erected plus minus 2 500 000 m² of synthetic thatch world wide.
