The key achievements in this role were:- Made significant contributions to data analysis and recommendations that supported commercial fuels in making key strategic decisions to ensure successful GSAP Go Live.- Played a key role in staff engagement sessions for Commercial Fuels, coordinating the planning content and design of the sessions, leading to very high satisfaction ratings.- Regularly participated in streamline meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency on status and the way forward for the international group.Other activities included:- Successfully checked the truck pickup process according to the fixed price long term & rebates f formula, which was crucial for fixed price deals, especially in the Reseller Business.- Created the right new Commercial Fuels customer contact list necessary for communication (Cooperation and securing AGB’s Invoice layout, Cutover plan, safety data sheets, contract conversion, bank guarantee, direct debit, adhesion explanation) for Go live.- Examined and deleted (reduced, modified) the consignees with 3rd party double LOAD IDs. This involved about 2.5 million Euros by deleting 100 Load IDs.- Played a key role in changing the invoice criteria and successfully avoided potential loss.
