Able to trim a pound (454 grams) within an 8 hour day.2) Budtender - Sales representative with a specialty in cannabinoids, terpenes, flower, edibles, and concentrates. Budtender during medical cannabis.3) Veg Growers Assistant - Attended to Mother and Vegetative Room. Made clones, utilized EZ cloners, and transplanted clones into coco pots. 4) Flowering Growers Assistant - Attended to 5 following rooms all containing 800 plants. Assisted with transplanting from vegetative to flowering rooms. Also, Lolipopped and de-leafed all rooms. Assisted with harvesting and getting the cannabis hung in the dry room.5) Processor - Weighed a pound, with measurements of 7g, 3.5g, and 1g in an hour and forty-five minutes. Keeping to Airfield's weight and measurements policy. Assisted with making .5g and 1g joints. 6) Floor Supervisor - Managed 35 employees and was in charge of restocking the floor, helped with problematic guests, guest returns, and guest relations. Also, assisted with product placement and constructed organization of vendor products on the sales floor. Lastly, kept morale high and constructed a fun, yet professional budtender staff.7) M.O.D. (Manager On Duty) - Daily tasks include - attendance management, inventory counts of over 500 products, employee/supervisor/guest/vendor/security relations, coaching, mentoring, and peer reviewing.
