Proactively source, develop and convert prospective business to boost market share and increase room night production as set by sales strategy.Schedule meetings with key bookers, procurement managers and stakeholders to present monthly/bi-monthly production reports.Managing hotel tender process and negotiating optimum room rates in accordance with budget strategies.In conjunction with the DOSM, develop an annual Sales Plan with objectives, strategies and key performance indicators for the corporate and MICE markets.Responsible for monitoring competitor activity and assist in marketing intelligence.

Execute strategies and promote Agoda products to hotel partners to drive productivity, room availability and pricing competitiveness. Proactively identify, visit and acquire prospective partners in order to increase brand awareness and build long term relationships. Develop a strong network and relationships with hotel partners, using a consultative approach in order to grow the portfolio in key markets. Research, report and evaluate market trends and competitor activity, in order to provide analysis and recommendations to hotel partners

Manage activation of new regional hotels by coordinating contracting process. Train new hotels on Agoda’s extranet and tools to manage rates and inventory on site. Resolve all issues relating to accounting, allotment, pricing, vouchers, notification, and cancellations. Ensure last room availability and pricing competitiveness for hotels.

Taking and inputting reservations via phone and email as well as ensuring all day to day tasks for reservations are completed as required.Identify opportunities to up sell and cross sell room categories, accommodation packages and hotel promotions. Working in a team environment to achieve revenue budgets and occupancy goals.

Conducting professional check-in and check-out services. Responding efficiently and assisting with guest enquiries. Handling telephone calls professionally and promptly (within three rings).
