• Promoted to complete the A round of due diligence and 300 million equity financing (investment valuation 3 billion)• Successfully set up 500 million equity investment fund which focuses on centralized apartments (the largest one in China so far), and the investors include Shanshan Holdings，Red Star Macalline, etc• Leading more than 20 apartment projects in business negotiations, due diligence, financial modeling, feasibility analysis，etc• Contributed to the project cooperation with JIC Group，JD Finance, etc in 2016 （over 1 billion）. • Familiar with the whole operation process of private equity funds, and helped the firm to obtain necessary management license successfully

• Responsible for developing business with investors （Fosun Group, Alibaba Group, Pingan Group etc.）, to ensure the normal operation of fund raising work (successfully raised over 3.7 billion equity fund)• Completed related due diligence, including project appraisal, financial modeling, investment analysis, etc• Broadened and maintained financing channels, provided customized fund solutions with over 10 institutional investors (COAMC, AEON LIFE, etc)

• Predicted the market trend of retail property in London, conducted strategic research for target projects, independently accomplished investment analysis report, including the merger and acquisitions of three grade A office buildings (85,000 sqm) in city of London• Proposed key assumptions, based comparison and DCF methods to build financial models and appraise the investment value of projects (over 230 million pounds)• Assisted two residential development projects in north London (over 35,000 sqm) to complete development feasibility analysis, comprising planning policy considerations, market positioning, project design, financial budget, land valuation etc.

• Visited and collected clients’ relevant materials, evaluated financial performances, including Wuhan Selline Group, Zhongbai Group, SNEB these famous corporations, with loans of over 630 million RMB in total• Used risk management platform to estimate credit risk and repayment ability• Prepared loan application documents,assisted customer manager in accomplishing due diligence and writing credit investigation report
