I have over 16 years of simultaneous interpreting with some experience with consecutive interpretation. Longest stretch for simultaneous interpretation was for 4 hours straight. These were in religious settings but I am capable for everyday language use. These were voluntary assignments. With my 2.5 years of sales experience in the Electronics Department, I understand the need for understanding and knowing your products to help customers get what they need and to help them have a great customer service experience. This also included handling of cash. credit, checks, and money orders. With my 3 years of teaching experience I understand how to teach to reach the different learning abilities of people, as well as how to help people understand and make critical connections of different concepts. My last year teaching I was an Advanced Placement teacher for World History and had 5 students pass the AP exam!Finally with my 37 months in the financial sector I understand the need for proper security and customer verification, following protocol for account protection, and proper customer service for the various needs that are in my realm.
