I have had experience in multiple different sectors, including:*Waiting staff (Houghton Hall - 5 months - 2009)*Line operation (Linda McCartneys - 6 months 2008-09)*Military (Royal Navy - 2010-2019)*NHS (Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital - 2019 and ongoing). From these different types of job roles and companies, I have developed many key skills for the work place. This is especially true from my Military and NHS experience. My primary training in the Royal Navy was as a writer (admin clerk). This included :*Pay, holiday, and expense organisation.*Monitoring reports to rectify outstanding issues and identify errors.*Use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for organising.*Provide support for personnel either in person, by telephone or email.*Additional duties such as opening/closing the office, and acting as an out of office contact over the weekends. My time in the Navy has many highlights, but my personal favourite would be security detail during the 2012 Olympic Games in Weymouth (for the sailing events).Currently I am employed at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH). This role is part of a Digital Health Change Team, which was created to introduce new software to the Trust as part of a Trust Wide digital transformation. My skills during this time include:*An introduction to the basics of Change Management and Introducing Change.*Conducting and organising staff training, either online 1-1, online group sessions, in person 1-1, or in person group training.*Acting as on site support for multiple different projects for multiple different specialities and staff access the Trust.A particular highlight was to act as a temporary project manager for 6 weeks. I had to learn very quickly some of the basics, but it was a helpful start until an employee project manager became available.Outside of work, I have a keen interest in fitness, gardening, and looking after my chickens.
