Manage web site content using WCMS. Instructor for Windows 7/Office 2010 Transition Classes. Perform duties as required by Communications Team. Stay current on web design and social media technologies. Primary Site owner for all NCTR SharePoint sites.

• Collect and organize information necessary for inclusion in wcms system specific to NCTR research goals and organize according to current requirements.• Assists in conducting studies using questionnaires, interviews (phone and person to person), and review of computer data to find solutions to problems and determine best possible formatting and display of applicable output.• Participate in maintenance of NCTR portion of insideFDA and FDA.gov websites using FDA approved Web Content Management System. • Verify all content meets section 508 standards before posting to wcms and provide customer support to content owners to ensure documents and content complies with approved standards.• Maintain communication with FDA representative for all NCTR web functions. Participate in regular NCTR Web Team meetings, FDA Web Standards conference calls and any other meetings or calls related to NCTR Web information. • Participate in troubleshooting and testing of NCTR web pages including using WCMS and HTML to update, repair or remove broken links and page content. • Remain fluent in current web design procedures relating to the FDA and NCTR web sites.• Investigate ways to improve NCTR web presence in relation to the current goals and policies.• Additional duties include: Instruction and support for transition from Windows XP/Office 2003 to Windows 7/Office 2010.

• Receive daily work-orders through online portal, contact customer to setup appointments, report activities related to work orders daily. • Maintain working knowledge of current and new systems being developed to provide accurate and efficient maintenance work, and find solutions to new errors while at customer’s location. • Receive new parts, maintain accurate records, and return used parts daily to keep company costs at a minimum. • Maintain accurate records of travel time and miles, work time onsite, and complaints from customers. • Provide additional customer support functions if additional issues or faults become apparent during customer or computer interaction.

• Supported Help Desk activities at the NCTR. Provided telephone monitor duties twice a week. Covered early shift on a rotational basis. Assisted customers with questions concerning computer hardware and software supported at the NCTR. • Participated in processing of Bulk Buy computer equipment. Unpacked and setup hardware for loading of operating system, drivers, and applications. Ensured the computer had a good network connection. Delivered and setup computers for end user. Kept track of computer status in database.• Participated in troubleshooting and testing of hardware and software. Provided testing of applications being considered for use. Troubleshot current applications showing high degrees of errors. Participated in testing of computer hardware being considered for standardization at the NCTR.
