I was the stage manager for the show 'selena Mersey: Madonna/Wh*re' during it's Brighton Fringe 2022 and Brighton Fringe 2023 run.- Assisting with get in and get out- liasing with various venues, crew and other departments- Ensuring the smooth running of the show

- Leading and briefing the team on the days tasks- Resolving queries from clients, co-workers and individuals within my department in a timely manner- Stock check, ordering replacement flyers and communicating with suppliers

- Supporting the box office sales assistants- Processing exchanges and refunds- Ticket sales in person and on the phone

During the period leading up to Christmas ATG had to cancel several showings of their show 'Cabaret'. I was personally recommended by underbelly to come work on a freelance basis to contact customers and resolve their booking, this involved:- Processing refunds and exchanges of several hundred bookings- Contacting customers over phone and email- Changing seat categories/prices using ATG's software

- Keeping up to date with Covid-19 policy- Making Access Bookings in person and over the phone, ensuring that their needs are met so that they can have an excellent experience- Using Red61 Via Ticketing System- Communicating with third-party ticketing agencies who were selling tickets to Underbelly events- Providing helpful customer service in person and over the phone

- Resolving customer queries as needed in a friendly and helpful manner- Ensuring that customers with access requirements have their needs met
