As overseer of distribution I manage a team of packagers, delegating tasks and assuring quality of both product and presentation. My day to day tasks consist of precise inventory management in METRC and Leaf Link, Creation of package tags/items/manifests etc... in METRC, creating and printing state compliant labels for outgoing products, handling outgoing state lab testing, seeing to the shipping of the product with the transporters, and creating Leaf Link postings of new products that passed testing.
