Some of my responsibilities include: -Managing cross-functional team communications, and leading daily progress stand-ups.-Scheduling and managing web and mobile design and development projects – setting and overseeing delivery milestones, feedback loops and the QA and Testing process. -Building strong client relationships and maintaining effective ways of working for each project, using elements from the Prince 2 project management methodology. -Working with the team internally to understand clients’ requirements, ask appropriate questions, and provide the right solutions to meet their needs.-Delivering project updates, identifying blockers to overcome, and opportunities to expand the scope of work in future project phases.-QA and testing of web and mobile project updates, providing feedback to internal teams and ensuring its implementation before delivery to the client. Creative Q also had the possibility to work on projects outside of the University. Throughout my latter years in sixth form and college I have undertaken voluntary work over a 3 year period. I volunteered to helping an elderly person clean and provide food and drink for her horses for the first 18 months, for the next year I helped an elderly lady with general housework.
