At a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer (jokingly called Mission Critical Engineer), I’m also working on frontend and backend services. I'm part of a special team which has responsibility of creating new key software for Neverbland's clients and products. What's more, I'm working closely with all other teams on making key decision about projects and features architecture scoping as well a technology selection.The most interesting things I have programmed or was part of, were:- AngularJS and node.js (with mocha, chai and sinon tests) platform for DataSift, aimed for users to tag social media data (hidden mechanism to prepare training dataset for a machine learning algorithm)- integration a real-time notification system into the php app by using Socket.io, node.js, MongoDB and Redis Pub/Sub- NodeJS microservice for archiving unlimited packages of files used in all company projects and productsI'm also responsible for conducting an interview and selecting the new team members. While working as a Senior Software Engineer I extended our technology stack by introducing NodeJS (first 2 company projects in NodeJS have been developed fully or partially by me).

As a Full Stack Software Engineer I was developing PHP and JS applications using latest technologies like Symfony2, AngularJS, PhoneGap, NodeJS, Socket.io, Vagrant, Chef and so on. I was responsible for making decisions about mixing technologies in projects and designing a distributed systems focusing on SOA approach (alone or in cooperation with other Team Leads). While working on this position, I was always following a principle that there isn't a silver bullet and right tools should be applied for right problems.At this position I was always trying to share my knowledge about software design and methodologies best practices. I was also engaged in working with clients by following their requirements, suggesting UX solutions and preparing briefs and proposals to solve technical issues.The most interesting projects in which I was involved:- kambapp.com, Silex and AngularJS education app that helps teachers and students create, organize assignments, communicate each other and track a timetable. Created in following the REST API principles- slateapp.com, Symfony2, Redis, Amazon S3, Redis, Elastica, SaaS platform for media agencies to help them manage their media assets, create showreels and projects for clients- conjure.io, PHP, Redis, Amazon S3, Redis, Gearman, SaaS platform aimed to designers and digital agencies for collecting feedbacks about their workI succesfully introduced a reproducible development environment into a development worflow (Vagrant + Chef) and made first commercial project based on the AngularJS (PhoneGap cross platform application for android, web and iOS based on the same source code). That step encouraged other colleagues to getting familiar with this JS framework and start using it in their projects.In cooperation with other developers we convinced a management team to introduce the code review and TDD, BDD approach to the projects scoping.
