In my role at Mac Haik Chevrolet I was responsible for creating vehicle repair and maintenance sales and suggestions to businesses and individuals, based on their concerns and/or symptoms of an issue they were experiencing. As the front line of the service drive and ambassador for the customer, I worked collaboratively with shop technicians to diagnose and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner and effectively maintain communication and outstanding customer service throughout the process. I was also responsible for communicating to the customer technician recommended services for maintenance and/or repair that may have been necessary during the customer’s visit and effectively selling those additional services.

My role with Enterprise was a hybrid position that allowed me to interact with the customer as well as complete backend processes to maintain exceptional customer service. My duties included purchasing vehicles out of stock from dealers and factory ordering from manufacturers. I was responsible for all aspects of the process from initiation of the order to finding and delivery of the vehicle, including any aftermarket items needing to be added at the customer’s request. In addition to these responsibilities, I also managed registrations, renewals, and any other back end billing issues that would arise. I maintained these duties and many others for approximately 115 small commercial (5-20 vehicles) clients.

On a daily basis I managed a team of 16-20 agents that were responsible for handlingand providing exceptional customer service and sales to our customers that call in through aphone channel for Advance Auto Parts ecommerce. I am also required to manage agent'sattendance as well as hold them accountable for attendance infractions. I am required tomaintain a certain level of sales facts and figures for my team, as well as keeping the moral ofthe team in a positive light through contests, competitions and incentives.
