Primary position is Help Desk, but duties were not exclusive to:- Maintaining and managing user accounts in Asure Directory.- Coordinate and distribute software and licenses to employees based on specific department requirements.- Setting up and maintain employee laptop's including adding user accounts, downloading various software, and ensuring various security measures are in place i.e. vpn's and group policy.- Managed and configured Dropbox and OneDrive cloud storage solutions, enforcing group policies and setting exclusions to optimize performance and ensure compliance.- Assisted in creating a comprehensive networking map for the office in preparation for an expansion, which includes 52 new workstations and two additional conference rooms.- Providing customer service to maintain, replace, and repair various hardware.- Setting up and calibrating AV equipment for presentations and meetings.
