High volume internal recruitment for front-line sales staff for Pareto Phone to conduct outbound calling for various charities across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the General Manager and sat within the Call Centre Operations Team, I was responsible for managing recruitment and training activities for the Call Centre. End to End recruitment of sales staff, onboarding and training new startersDeveloped and implemented recruitment policies, processes, and procedures that improved the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment effortsCreated training materials and conducted training sessions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

I was promoted to this role as I took over ownership of induction training for new agents and was also responsible for recruiting new agents.

This was a varied role which included Recruiter sales agents, training new agents and coaching new and existing agents for our call centre.
