My responsibilities with Escape Arts have grown throughout the year. I was initially solely tasked as Marketing Manager for their 2022 Be Extraordinary campaign, however, due to the success of this project, I am now subsequently involved with their Christmas Big Give campaign. My work has been integral to raising £4,000 in the first week of going live.

Another part of my role is managing the charity’s daily social media outreach across Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Since undertaking this job, I have introduced social media analytics to the team and produced monthly reports to explain the ongoing impact of our posting. As I enjoy taking on more responsibilities, I am now involved with the admin of the website, making sure there is consistency with content.

Alongside working at Escape Arts, I was involved with some contract work. It was here that I honed my database management skills. I worked on content creation for their National Interim Week events, by writing and repurposing an array of articles based on relevant trading search engine results. The aim of this was to capture new and more focused audiences. I was also tasked with creating short holding videos for the events themselves.As my accuracy and attention to detail were lauded, I was duly tasked with website review and basic edits. My job entailed checking the accuracy of website content and removing irrelevant or outdated material.

My main responsibilities for Add People were to create, manage and run PPC campaigns across Google and Bing for the optimisation clients. This meant keeping up with trends from a base of diverse clients to make personalised changes to better optimise the clients’ campaigns moving forward. I was also trusted with creating landing pages using Unbounce, as well as creating setting up Google Analytics with full tracking across a variety of client websites. During my time with Add People I spent time working alongside the Social Media Marketing department and the SEO department to better understand the interconnectedness campaigns can have across these fields as well as deepening my understanding of digital marketing. As part of the Help Desk this also meant dealing with inbound and outbound calls for clients across the team, and being able to handle their queries with confidence and attention to detail.

Seasonal worker, erecting and deconstruction of large event marquees. We travelled around the country for weddings and other events. This job had very early starts with often late finishes, I was reliably ready every time. A crucial element of this job is team working which I thoroughly enjoyed.

My main role was stock management. I also had regular dealings with customers. Doing the job required me to be punctual, friendly, organised and observant. I was so reliable that I quickly became a leader of section. Sometimes this meant organising other members of staff to ensure stock was all in order and to answer questions they may have had.
