Recognized at Michelin Group level within the expertise management department for technical expertise, particularly in the field of electrification. In this role, in network with other Fellows, I have both: - an operational mission to deliver at a high level as an architect in concept projects and be a technical referent - a mission of vision, leadership and openness to support the group in high-stakes issues, evolve the business vision, transmit expertise and radiate on a wide perimeter. As a Senior Fellow, I have to develop both technical skills with a wide bandwidth and soft skills to enable me to listen, understand, transmit and influence.

As a member of the management team, I contribute at the strategic level, to help the company run smoothly, by making the best possible decisions for the short, medium and long term with the other team members. Together with the other members of the technical management team, I help to define and monitor projects and the resources needed to carry them out, and contribute to making them a success for the benefit of the company and its employees. I also have an operational role within projects, helping to address any technical difficulties encountered. As such, I am involved in a wide range of projects. Alongside the work of team managers, I also listen to people to understand their needs and contribute to their professional development by acting as a liaison or facilitator within our structure. As our entity's IP referent, I'm also in charge of managing our inventive activity, helping employees to identify inventions, describe them and define, in collaboration with the Group's IP departments, what strategy to put in place for a given inventive activity. In charge of a project to address noise disturbance generated by a motorized rear wheel fitted to the Renault Velroue demonstrator. In-depth work preceded by numerous analyses and measurements, both on the electric motor, with redesigns to reduce solid-borne noise (rotor and stator), and on the complete assembly (gears, casings) and its connection to the vehicle. Analysis of transfer paths and implementation of several innovative solutions. Initiation of a new battery project involving the packaging of cylindrical cells with heat pipes for high-performance thermal management. POC carried out and successfully tested in real-life conditions. Several patent applications. Demonstrator presented at several trade shows, including the Paris Air Show. In charge of the mechanical engineering department, several projects and partnerships with external companies around vehicle electrification. Numerous studies, realizations, joint developments and demonstrations with various OEMs (Renault, Peugeot, BMW, GM, Heuliez, Irisbus, Li Fan, etc.) Several projects funded by public bodies Design, realization, testing and tuning of the front and rear units of the Venturi Volage, equipped with high-performance Michelin Active Wheel. Fascinated by the themes of energy efficiency and clean mobility, by the desire to pass on and share my technical knowledge with others, but also by the business world, I set up a small company (Go Electric Sàrl) beside my professional activity in 2013. It allows me to serve others while experiencing at first hand the challenges and satisfactions of being your own boss. This has enabled me to acquire additional business management skills (accounting, VAT, imports and exports, digital marketing, managing a website and a network of customers, advertising, tax optimization, currency purchases, cost reduction, negotiation and sales, understanding customer centricity, practicing foreign languages, etc.). This activity keeps me in touch with the constant evolution of electric vehicles and their ecosystem (recharging, production of green electricity at home to recharge cars, regulatory changes, etc.).

On behalf of the Solar Impulse Foundation, I carry out expert assessments of some of the solutions proposed to the Foundation, in areas that fall within my area of expertise. Each solution is analyzed by a panel of experts according to 5 criteria and, if approved, is awarded the Solar Impulse Foundation's efficient solution label. This work (carried out in English) enables me to put my skills and knowledge to good use for the benefit of the community, and to gain an insight into recent innovations and technologies.

Still in charge of the same team (around 12 people), we designed, built and tested several demonstrators from scratch: - Michelin Hy-Light 2: ultra-light vehicle (810 kg), highly efficient and resource-saving, H2 hybrid - Li-ion batteries, composite H2 tank designed and built in-house, custom-designed O2 tank, fiberglass composite bodywork, development and tuning, worldwide demonstrations at major events - Michelin EV-Light: battery-powered version of the vehicle. Li-ion battery pack designed in-house (45 kWh) with pouch batteries - Michelin Concept: rolling demonstrator with double suspension allowing variable ground clearance and inclination when cornering. Active wheels specially developed (hardware + software) to dispense with friction braking In charge of homologation of composite tanks (fire tests, rifle fire, cycling, bursting at over 1000 bar, etc.) and metal tanks for O2 Associated developments (hardware and software), fine-tuning on various test tracks, also on snow and ice. Numerous international awards for these achievements.

In charge of a young, dynamic team of engineers, technicians and draughtsmen, as well as a technically highly ambitious project: the design, production and development of an electric vehicle incorporating the Michelin Active Wheel concept. This project gave rise to the Michelin Hy-Light demonstrator, a hybrid H2 - Li-ion battery vehicle with hydrogen and oxygen storage under pressure in a working chassis. Partnership with the PSI (Paul Scherrer Institute) on the fuel cell. Numerous demonstrations worldwide (Europe, USA, China, Japan).
