Franchise retail and strategic brand development for BOSS & HUGO in eastern EuropeKey responsibilities:Sales & Performance Analysis: • Full sales responsibility (franchise and wholesale) for all BOSS and HUGO lines throughout Eastern Europe. • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to local market conditions.Business Development & Growth: • Conduct market analyses to evaluate new franchise and wholesale locations. • Build and maintain a network of business contacts. • Explore and develop new markets in Eastern Europe with a strong focus on expansion through BOSS and HUGO franchise stores.Negotiation & Contract Management: • Negotiate deals for BOSS and HUGO franchise stores, markets and locations. • Negotiate terms and conditions for new expansions. • Lead for new franchise store locations and openings, including lease agreements and partnership arrangements.Franchisee & Wholesale Management: • Support new BOSS and HUGO franchisees in market entry and legal requirements. • Train and coach franchisees on cultural and business aspects. • Manage wholesale partnerships to increase sales.Operations Monitoring & Quality Control: • Ensure compliance with HUGO BOSS brand standards. • Conduct regular visits and checks of franchise store and wholesale operations.Expansion & Distribution Planning: • Develop and implement expansion strategies focusing on BOSS and HUGO franchise stores for Eastern Europe. • Create and execute distribution plans to grow brand availability and access through all markets Forecasting & Sales Planning: • Detailed forecasting of all sales for the entire franchise and wholesale business. • Develop and monitor sales forecasts and financial goals.
