My responsibilities include Operation & Overseas Business. In operation work, I am in charge of Executive Office, Information Center, Administration Department, HR and Marketing Department. In overseas business, I am in charge of international business expansion. Besides the above, I am a GM of a IT training school which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Strongit Company.

Schobrunn is a leading company in hair-coloring, perm and hair-caring area. With No.3 market share in China, Schobrunn was listed in NYE-Euronext in 2010.My major responsibilities are the following:(1) In charge of purchasing department and manufacturing department(locate at Suzhou City). In our boom season, we always did outsoursing project to associate organization. My job is ensuring quality products supply on time.(2) From 2011 to 2012, we start up a new branch in north China. I am in charge of all in construction period. We focused on HSE management. We passed the test of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSMS18001. (3) Passing the QAKE test of P&G within 1 year. Leading, Training and facilitating all quality assurance activities within MEPS across all functional departments in Wujiang factory.(4) Under my leading, in 2010, operation department worked closely with activities to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may effect quality and delivery requirements. We finished 130% contract demand as before.(5) Settling disputes between employer and workers. In 2009, inflation was happening in China. But Schobrunn finished manufacturing task with lower cost.(6) Others projects to be assigned such as ISO auditing, IPO and government relations.

Busonline is the biggest out-door media on bus in Mainland China, her vision is China’s leading digital media network content operator. Shanghai office is the headquarter of 28 branches in most provinces of China.The projects I taking the lead are the following:(1) Propose, participate and implement IT strategy. Lead the development and implementation of ERP, CRM, OA & HR Management. Negotiating with all famous software suppliers.(2) Leading routine operation job daily. Including transfering AD media file, broadcasting and recruiting.(3) Programming corporate Data Transmission System. Language: C , OS: Linux & Windows 2003 , Wifi Protocol: 802.11b/g , Database: SQL Server2000(4) Develop and improve video quality for all kinds of media-player equipments on the bus. Familiar with MPEG1, MPEG2(DVD), MPEG4. (5) Install the video meeting system to all subsidiaries, reduce the meeting costs for the whole group.(6) In the period of PWC’s listing auditing, make an inventory of fixed assets of all of the Busonline Group. After auditing, setup the fixed assets management rules.(7) Responsible for the recruiting, selection, interviewing, training, and coaching and developing technology office staff.(8) Installment of broadcasting system for KFC branches.
