Dan is a 15+ year animation and interactive industry veteran who specializes in content and visual development. Starting out as a designer, storyboard artist, and CG sculptor for animation and gaming, he quickly found himself on the producing and development side of the industry, contributing through creative direction, writing, art direction, brand conceptualization, and transmedia IP development as well as the technological execution of high end pre-rendered and real-time projects. In Oktobor Animation, he built a creative services and animation studio from the ground up to perform extensive work for clients such as Nickelodeon, Dreamworks, and Disney Animation. There he not only led teams of artists as a producer and key creative, but was also integral in in studio technical process and pipeline, budgeting, and organization, including recruitment, staffing, and artist development.
