I am a Solutions Architect at 3D Networks. My primary responsibility is to provide Pre-Sales support to the Sales team for Avaya (Red), Cisco and Nortel voice and data products. My skills as a customer facing Solutions Architect are based on my sales background, which also allows me to adopt an Account Manager/Pre-sales role. Since Avaya’s acquisition of Nortel, my key responsibility is the design of all Avaya (Red) and Data Networking solution requirements at 3D Networks Australia. I am certified with Avaya as an APDS (Avaya Professional Design Specialist) for Unified Communications and Data. Over the past seven years, my focus was to diversify my technical expertise by self-studying and successfully attaining my Cisco certifications. I have achieved my CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Voice, CCNA Routing & Swtiching, CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate) and Cisco Collaboration Architecture specialist certifications in my spare time. I am currently on track to achieving my CCNP (Voice) within the next few months as I have only 2 modules left in my certification track. This provides me a good platform for my Cisco pre-sales commitments at 3D Networks. My recent developments have been in the area of Unified Communications and Video Collaboration with certifications in Cisco Collaboration, Cisco Rich Media and Avaya Radvision.

I came on board to 3D Networks Malaysia as a Business Development Director to establish 3D Networks' sales and marketing operations in Malaysia. I added a Sales Manager and the Sales team to our operations. I was also tasked to build up technical and engineering teams to establish credibility amongst prospective customers. After my tenure ended and had to move to Australia, I managed to grow the business by expanding the customer base from 5 to 100 and successfully met my Sales Budget.

I was the Sales Manager at Trilsico Radiance managing new and installed based sales of all Nortel equipment in Malaysia. During my time as Sales Manager, I successfully met my budgets and was a key part of the successful bid and deployment of the Voice systems for Tower 1 of the Petronas Twin Towers.
