Responsible for all aspects of the Seafood program including merchandising, pricing, promotional planning, purchasing, and operations. I led a team of 3; associate coordinator, senior merchandiser, and a buyer to successful program performance and operations.2021-2023 post reorg my role was to lead the Southwest Seafood program to operational excellence; working closely with Global merchandising, retail operations, food safety, marketing, ecomm and other stakeholders to ensure effective integration and alignment of operational programs, projects and profitability.Developing and strengthening my leadership bench, we rejuvenated our culture to deliver the neighborhood fish market experience; offering the highest quality standards, beautiful merchandising of our carefully curated assortment with fast, friendly and expert service.
